When is nesti launching?
Boston first, in autumn 2026. Waitlist members get access a few weeks before the public launch, in the order they signed up.
Is it free to join the waitlist?
Yes — free, and there is no card involved. Joining as a sitter is free too, and stays free until you accept your first paid booking.
Which cities will launch first?
Boston is first, neighbourhood by neighbourhood. Providence, Cambridge and Somerville follow, then New York. Where we go after that is decided by where the waitlist is densest, so adding your postcode genuinely counts.
How do sitter background checks work?
Every applicant submits government ID, which is matched to a selfie, then a third-party provider runs a criminal-records and sex-offender-registry check. Most clear in two to three days. The date it was run appears on the sitter's profile.
How will I know when nesti launches?
One email with your invite link when your city opens. Nothing else — no newsletter, no drip campaign, and one click unsubscribes.
